  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery through BlueDart, Delhivery, or DTDC within 2-4 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Premium next-day or same-day delivery available in select metro cities.
  • Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • Store Pickup: Available at select locations where you can collect your order directly.
  • Scheduled Delivery: Choose your preferred delivery date and time slot for added convenience.

Shipping carrier selection is based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping speed. We always choose the most reliable option for your area.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Here are our estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Metro Cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad – 2-4 business days for standard shipping.
  • Tier 2 Cities: Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh – 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
  • Tier 3 Cities & Towns: Smaller cities and towns – 5-7 business days for standard shipping.
  • Remote Areas: Hill stations, islands, and remote locations – 7-10 business days.
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days depending on location and order time.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM in select metro cities.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 5 PM in eligible locations.

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹999 – delivered in 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: ₹99 for faster delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Priority/Same-Day: ₹199 for same-day or next-day delivery in eligible areas.
  • Bulk Orders: Special discounted rates available for orders of 5+ items.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes are included in the displayed price.

Order Processing

We process orders quickly to ensure your Aarv products reach you as soon as possible:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
  • Payment Verification: Orders are processed once payment is successfully verified and cleared.
  • Quality Check: Each product undergoes a quality inspection before packaging and dispatch.
  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During sale events or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

International Shipping

  • Available Countries: We ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and 50+ other countries.
  • International Delivery Time: 7-21 business days depending on the destination country.
  • Shipping Costs: International rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
  • Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Tracking: All international orders include tracking for complete shipment visibility.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays in customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days, please contact our support team.

  • PO Box Addresses: We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses for domestic orders.
  • Military Addresses: APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery failures.
