At Aarv, we stand behind the premium quality of our hydration products. We want you to love your bottle as much as we do. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, our transparent return process is here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please initiate the request within this timeframe.

  • Start Date: The 30-day window begins the day the tracking carrier marks your package as delivered.
  • Late Returns: Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects covered by warranty.
  • Holiday Extension: Orders placed between Nov 15th and Dec 25th have an extended return window until Jan 31st of the following year.

Please do not ship items back without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from our support team.

Item Condition & Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be in resalable condition. We inspect all returns upon receipt.

  • Unused Condition: Bottles and accessories must be unused, unwashed, and free from any liquid residue.
  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original box with all sleeves, tags, and protective materials intact.
  • Components: All parts, including lids, straws, and brushes, must be included in the return package.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process any return.

The Refund Process

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. Here is how the refund works:

  • Inspection: We verify the condition of the item. This typically takes 2-3 business days after arrival.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. You will receive an email confirmation.
  • Rejection: If items are found used or damaged (not due to carrier), we will contact you. The item may be returned to you at your expense.
  • Credit Issuance: Refunds are applied to your original method of payment or provided as store credit, based on your preference.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Did you order the wrong color or size? We are happy to help you get the right Aarv product:

  • Direct Exchange: The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order immediately.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you can return for store credit and use that credit to purchase your new item once the return is processed.
  • Gift Exchanges: If you received an Aarv product as a gift, we can provide store credit for the current selling price of the item.

Items for exchange must meet the same "Unused Condition" criteria as standard returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right immediately:

  • Inspection on Arrival: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Photos Required: To expedite the process, please attach clear photos of the damage and the shipping box to your support request.
  • Free Replacement: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and send a replacement unit at no cost to you.
  • Warranty Claims: For issues arising after use (insulation failure, leaks), please refer to our Lifetime Warranty policy page.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or customization. These include:

  • Personalized Products: Bottles with custom engraving or personalization cannot be returned unless legally defective.
  • Used Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been filled with liquid or used.
  • Gift Cards: Digital and physical gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Information regarding shipping labels and costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Prepaid Labels: We can provide a flat-rate prepaid label for your convenience, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a defect or our error, Aarv covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Packaging: Please ensure items are packed securely. We are not responsible for items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging.

Processing Timeline

We strive to handle your returns as quickly as possible. Here is what to expect regarding timing:

  • Transit Time: Allow 5-7 business days for your package to reach our return center.
  • Processing Time: Once received, allow 2-3 business days for inspection and approval.
  • Bank Processing: After we issue the refund, it may take your bank or credit card company an additional 3-7 business days to post the credit to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received a refund, please contact us.
